San Marco JUNIOR is a family-run Italian restaurant in Copenhagen, owned by the Zangrando family since 1984. Today, the restaurant is managed by Marc Zangrando, 2nd generation and the youngest son of Papa Belisario, together with his wife Mathilde and Head Chef Dan Andrade.

We offer all-day dining with breakfast / brunch, lunch, and dinner available every day of the week.

Our menu follows a classic brasserie tradition with an Italian touch, staying true to our roots. Our menu reflects the seasons, offering the best in-season produce throughout the year. Many of our dishes are served "to share, family style” and our goal is to create an experience where our guests can experience the joy of sharing food in a relaxed atmosphere.

The atmosphere is personal and intimate

At San Marco JUNIOR, you will experience service beyond the ordinary and great value for money.

You might not notice it at first glance, but we can accommodate up to 90 guests. The restaurant features cozy nooks, creating an intimate and inviting atmosphere.

We are in the heart of Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. Close to Copenhagen city center, Copenhagen Zoo, Frederiksberg City Hall, Frederiksberg Gardens, and other popular attractions.

If you arrive by metro, our restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from Frederiksberg Metro Station.

If you arrive by car, there are parking options available in the Scandic Falkoner Hotel's parking garage across the street, in the “Frederiksberg Center”, and also on the streets behind the restaurant.
